Kitchen-counter plate for a podcast thumbnail
A people-free, text-free background plate you composite your hosts onto. One subject, one light, room for the headline.
The thing itself
A real photograph, landscape 16:9. Close-up of a hand lifting the lid off a plain steel lunch box on a worn wooden kitchen counter, steam rising, large in the lower centre of the frame. Setting: open shelves with jars far behind, out of focus. Light: a single bare warm bulb hanging above the counter, warm orange against deep blue shadows. Upper third and left and right edges plain and dark, for people and text added later. Shot on a 35mm lens, shallow depth of field, matte finish, light film grain, muted realistic colour. All surfaces blank, no writing, no logos, no people besides the one hand.
Avoid words: glowing, neon, cinematic, 8K, hyper-realistic
